You have a zip file now. Unzip it with your favourite program such as Winrar, Winzip, 7zip

Now you have four files. FILE_ID.DIZ and MPTRACK.CNT is unnecessary for now.

MPTRACK.HLP is our help file you should read it for learning some mptrack tricks.

MPTRACK.EXE is our  converter program. (But it doesn’t only convert files you can make your own music with this program how amazing is that with 630 KB!!)

Now click mptrack.exe. Drag and drop xm or any mod file which you want to convert to mp3, wav and even midi into main screen.

Then on menu, click file -> save as mp3 ..

Then give a name to your mp3 file. And a dialog should appearfor driver and format. I use this settings and the quality is satisfying. You can change settings and try to catch best quality.

Driver: LAME MP3 codec

Format: 44100 hz, 192 kbps CBR, stereo

You can also enter Album year, Album name and a comment.
